3D MODELLING
Veritas Litigation Support uses special sensors on our drone cameras, photogrammetry techniques and powerful computer hardware to build detailed 3D models that provide accurate volumetric assessments, precise measurements, and to create fly-through illustrative models of landscapes, places, or structures.
ACCURATE.
MEASURABLE.
HIGH RESOLUTION.
ABILITY TO CAPTURE LARGE AREAS.
A 3D model offers many advantages in litigation, regulatory hearings, and post-incident investigations. The data set captured by the drone's sensors preserves evidence. It collects precise data allowing for measurements for dimensions and features. The resulting 3D model can be used for analysis by experts and investigators even years after an incident or prior to trial or hearing.

Effectiveness of 3D Models
A 3D model allows a landscape, an object, or structure to be viewed from any angle or perspective. The model itself can be animated allowing viewers to fly through the scene in a pre-programmed path.
Because measurements of objects and distances within the model are preserved, if the subject-matter of the dispute no longer physically exists--where damages to land have been restored or a damaged structure removed--the parties have the advantage of using the 3D model later in the process to resolve disputes or prove facts. The 3D model also becomes part of the Record of the proceeding making it available at appeal or judicial review.
